Grace for your place

This was preached by Pastor Marla Rowe at Destiny World Outreach Center in Killeen, TX. She is awesome! The message was about knowing that no matter your situation, GRACE enables you to see the beauty in the burden. Only you can determine your happiness. Here are the steps she outlined to find GRACE for your place, and walk in happiness no matter the situation:

G - God's way is ALWAYS the best way.
      Isaiah 43:19
R - Recognize that you are equipped by GOD to handle any trial or tribulation.
      I Corinthians 10:3
A - ALWAYS give people the benefit of the doubt. See their potential, not their past.
     Proverbs 19:11
C - Choose your words carefully.
     Psalms 45:1
E - Empty yourself of your own ways and expected time frames. If you are full of yourself, how can you receive what HE has for you?

Time's Up

Who and what you put your time into is an investment in your life. But choose carefully because time is the one thing that you can give away, but you will NEVER get back. Be careful with it. Although time is yours to be given away at your discretion, it will not be valued by everyone, and those that take advantage of it should NEVER be afforded the luxury of wasting it again. It is a precious gem that should be cherished and appreciated as if it was the most important thing in the world because, in fact, it is.

I am running at top speed with HIM on my side. Nothing can block my blessing. I am sorry if you do not approve. I am sorry that you feel the need to belittle my intelligence. I am sorry that you feel the need to keep me under your foot. Unfortunately for you, the entire time you kept me under your foot, HE kept me in the palm of HIS hand. And for that I am grateful. You can continue to be basic. I will continue to be a blessing , continue to be blessed, and continue to blaze.

Basic Training

For the life of me I do not understand why people choose to put up with basic people. People with no dreams or aspirations, no ambitions nor desires. These people are content with the basic necessities of life. They do not appreciate you stepping outside of the circle in order to obtain success or wealth. They are against any process that looks like progress. They want what you have, but instead of going after it themselves they would rather steal your joy.
They are basic.  The ones that go seek to destroy your relationship by going after your husband/boyfriend because they can't keep a man of their own. The ones that try to talk you into quitting your job because they don't have one and they need someone to live in desperation just like them. The ones that would rather tear you down than build you up.

John 10:10 states that HE came so that we may have life and that we may have it more abundantly. I fully intend to enjoy all that life has to offer. And I will not be bothered with the basics.

I woke up this morning feeling HIS presence. We finally got the rain we have been praying for and it was like HE was washing away all the trials and tribulations of the previous week, making way for the harvest. The devil tried to steal my joy early but he doesnt know that the LORD is the glory and the lifter of my head. So any foolishness he has planned will not prevail.
