There are so many times that as women, we do not know our own worth. We put everyone else's needs above our own. What we fail to realize is that if we do not take care of ourselves, we can not properly care for others.
Drink water.
Eat fruits and veggies.
Exercise daily for at least 20 minutes.
Read.
Write.
Do something good for yourself.
Do something good for others.
Play.
Pray.
Laugh.
Love.
Take care of yourself so that you may continue to be a blessing to others.
